| Cabins All of our cabins are along the canal. Enjoy a quiet retreat surrounded by the sounds of nature and the ocean. Our customers tell us they like the space and the controlled access. We have an old private boat ramp for cabin customers. We only have five cabins, so there aren't many boats using the ramp. The ramp is also available to kayakers. |

Cabins are furnished with:
Small refrigerator with little freezer (a pint size of Blue Bell ice cream will fit in freezer)
Microwave
19-inch color TV
Air Conditioning
Barbecue pit
Picnic table
Sun-Mar environmentally friendly toilet
There is a separate, private hot/cold shower available. There are two open rinse-off showers by the cabins. (Cabin 5 has its own
open rinse-off shower downstairs.)
There is no running water in the cabins. But there are well-water faucets below or next to each cabin.
A fish-cleaning table with running water is on site.
Need to bring: drinking water, pillows, full-size sheets, blankets, towels, lawn chairs, insect repellent, flashlight and binoculars.
[Pillows and sheets are available for a nominal fee.]
Cabins 1 and 5 sleep 1 to 4 people: (Futon full size with twin bunk top, plus one full-size futon couch)
Cabins 2,3, & 4 sleep 1 to 2 people: (One full-size bed)
Check-in is at 1:30 p.m.
Checkout is at 12:00 noon
Cabins Prices range from $75.00 to $125.00 per night. Discover, Master Card and Visa Accepted
(Rates are subject to tax and may change without prior notice.)

* Zero tolerance for excessive drinking
Damage Deposit: $100.00 Refundable within one week of your departure date. Your cabin must be left in the same
condition as you find it. A cleaning fee will be assessed if necessary.
Reservation Deposit: 50% of Base Rent
Reservations that are cancelled will receive a refund only if the cabin has been rented to someone else for the original amount.
A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund and the refund will be returned within 30 days after your original
checkout date.
Note: Access to the facility is controlled. All guests are registered. Please DO NOT plan to exceed the number of persons
specified for each cabin.
